Please read these terms and conditions (these ‘Terms’) carefully as they contain important
information about your rights and obligations when using this website (the ‘Website’) and in
particular clause 11.6 and 11.7. You should print a copy of these terms for future reference.
This Website is provided by Michael Meacham (trading as Fun Explorers Club). Our place of business is
Hideaway, Cloweswood Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SE.
We subscribe to the Children’s Activities Association’s code of conduct which can be found at

- How these Terms apply

use of the Website in consideration for us allowing you to access and use the Website. You must

research effort relating to Michael Meacham (trading as Fun Explorers Club), moral rights and any
similar rights in any country (whether registered or unregistered and including applications for and
the right to apply for them in any part of the world).
4.2 The software code contained in and related to the Website and the materials on the Website
including text, images, videos, photographs and other materials are protected by Intellectual
Property Rights owned by us and our licensors. You acknowledge that the Intellectual Property
Rights in the Website and any software code used with and material supplied as part of the
Website shall remain with us or our licensors.
4.3 Subject to clause 5 you may:
a. retrieve and display materials on the Website on a computer screen;
b. download and store in electronic form materials on the Website; and
c. copy and print one copy only of materials on the Website.

personal use or in accordance with clause 5.2.b is expressly prohibited.

by us and in accordance with these Terms as may be amended from time to time without notice to
